We're looking for Graduates who seize the initiative and make decisions, have the determination to learn and progress as well as lots of enthusiasm and common sense. This is reflected in our selection process - from completion of the application form to final interview you'll be asked to demonstrate that you possess these qualities. You will also need to exhibit a strong interest in Financial Services and, expect to achieve, or hold, a good honours degree

All of our Graduate application flow is managed through our online system. Therefore, we're unable to accept email-applications or hardcopies. Should you encounter difficulties in submitting your application please do not hesitate to contact us
We strongly encourage all applicants to consider the merits of each programme and chose that which best suits their career aspirations.
As a result, you should only apply for the one programme you identify as the best for you. However, you will be able to indicate your second choice.
The closing date for the Graduate Programmes is 30th November 2008.
The Graduate Programme UK is focused around twelve months of development.
The Graduate Development Programme IRL is centred around 15 months of development.
At all of our fairs we will have representatives from each area of our business who will be delighted to talk to you.
The Bank encourages its employees to further develop their career through obtaining additional qualifications.
Educational support is available for Graduates wishing to study a qualification directly related to the business.
This support is approved on an individual basis and may be applied for upon the successful completion of your probationary period.
Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with an application for a work permit.
