Fast Facts

Location: Head Office, St Stephen's Green, Dublin
Duration: 15 months
Start: 1st October 2009

Key Aspects:

4 x 3 month rotation placements in core areas of our business: Lending, Treasury and Wealth Management, including an opportunity to complete a placement in one of our Operations teams - a key learning component of the programme
3 months spent in one of our offices outside Dublin (location is subject to availability and ongoing business requirements)
Personal work objectives will be set for each placement to ensure you gain the maximum benefit
Feedback will be provided after each rotation to assist you in your ongoing career development and your eventual chosen business area

Specific skill and personal development training sessions to assist you in your continued career progression within the Bank
"Lunch 'n' Learn" sessions provide an enjoyable way to discover how key Anglo people have developed their career
