When searching for a graduate programme I wanted to find an organisation where the emphasis is on people and relationships. At Anglo Irish Bank we are driven by our clients’ needs and we are all about providing a highly personalised service. Since joining the Bank I have spent a lot of time working closely with my clients and now really feel I know them well. In the short time I’ve been with the Bank I have gained a lot of technical knowledge and I feel that my professional skills have developed greatly. I interact daily with solicitors and quantity surveyors as well as clients, and I now feel comfortable when discussing technical issues or when solving queries on behalf of clients.

Since I joined the Bank, I’ve found that there is a structured career path for all graduates; clear and attainable goals are outlined for you, hard work is recognised and essentially the sky is the limit. The atmosphere within Anglo Irish Bank is fantastic. The emphasis here is on teamwork and pro-activity; everyone is keen to solve problems and help others.
