In my short time with Anglo Irish Bank, I feel that my professional and interpersonal skills have developed greatly. From the minute you start your career with the Bank you are given a great deal of responsibility and you automatically feel part of the team. There is a real focus on personal and professional development; I have attended various seminars and workshops and as a direct result have gained a lot of technical insight which has helped me with my work.

Within Anglo Irish Bank, the emphasis is on the people and teamwork. Staff are valued and their skills are optimised. The upshot is, there’s a very effective team in place. During my time in the Bank I have noticed that there is a positive attitude, if an issue arises it’s regarded as an opportunity rather than a problem. I have found my colleagues to be proactive and always willing to lend a hand or offer advice when required.

Anglo Irish Bank offers a clear and structured career path. Your hard work is recognised and rewarded. There is a good system in place to ensure that you get support with every step of your career. Essentially, when it comes to career prospects the sky is the limit.
