I joined the bank with very little experience and was quickly given a great deal of responsibility. Now, after just a year with the Bank, I am regularly presenting clients’ borrowing requirements to senior colleagues and as a result I am developing a firm knowledge of the business. There is great variety in what I do; I have been presented with many challenging and exciting opportunities to display my skills. It gives me a real buzz and sense of achievement to be a part of Anglo Irish Bank.
