- Placement in our Lending Operations function prior to working with a Lending team
- Opportunity of a placement in one of our UK regional offices subject to availability and ongoing business requirements
- Personal defined work objectives will be set to ensure you gain the maximum benefit from each placement

- Performance appraisals after each placement, where feedback will be given to ensure ongoing career development
- Monthly meetings with HR programme manager and ongoing discussions with your mentor to guide you towards a permanent career at Anglo Irish Bank

- Full induction and integration programme
- Learning and Development bespoke Graduate Training Programmes and Workshops designed to develop your leadership potential, improve communication skills, build awareness and increase problem-solving skills
- Knowledge workshops about our business, the markets we operate in and training on core systems
- Mentor will provide business and career guidance during your time on the programme and mentor meetings will continue for a 12-month period after the programme has concluded
