Skills and Knowledge Development

Full induction and integration programme
Learning and Development bespoke Graduate Training Programmes and Workshops designed to develop your leadership potential, improve communication skills, build awareness and increase problem-solving skills
Knowledge workshops about our business, the markets we operate in and training on core systems
Mentor will provide business and career guidance during your time on the programme and mentor meetings will continue for a 12-month period after the programme has concluded
