Graduate Recruitment Process UK
1. Complete an Online Application Form
We’re looking for people with the drive and ambition to help us build our business. If you’re keen to take part in one of our Graduate Programmes, start by completing an online application form. Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis until the close date of November 30th.
2. Online Assessment
Selected candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment in numerical and verbal reasoning.
3. Telephone Interview
If you impressed us with your online application form and the results of the online assessment we will invite you to a telephone interview.
4. Assessment Centre
In the final stage of the recruitment process we will invite short-listed candidates to participate in an assessment centre (half day), which includes panel interview, presentation and group exercise in central London.
All offer decisions will be made by the end of January after the Assessment Centre at the latest.
